It is used as the official language within the Lasvar Republic.
The speakers of the Narentian language may easily understand Lasvarian.
Alphabet and phonologyEdit
The language uses the standard latin alphabet with the following letters:
The vowels are pronounced similar as in Slovakian, however the letters ä stands for the Narentian ja or ija and the letter ë for the Narentian ije or je, corresponding with the Czech ě.
There are no carons in the language, and the consonants with the diacritics are pronounced as something between (S and Sh).

There are two dialects:
- Novomostë dialect - spoken in the south, with large similarity with Narentian. (Yekavian)
- Snovina dialect- spoken in the north, with many distinct features, such as pronouncing the letter ë as an aspirated heir. (Ekavian)
